1. Return Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in their original condition
In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
Free from wear, damage, or odors
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Clothing or apparel that has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use
Products with missing tags, damaged packaging, or removed hygiene liners
Personal-care items
Tools or electronics that show significant signs of use or damage
Note: Apparel can be tried on for sizing purposes, but must not show any wear, stains, odors, or damage.
4. Electronics, Tools & Home Goods
Electronics, tools, and home/kitchen items must be returned in like-new condition with all original components. Products showing heavy use, installation marks, or damage may be denied a refund.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item), we cover the return shipping.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
